Finish what you start

This work requires patience. The sac can be thin and fragile, and pulling too quickly can tear it into pieces that are harder to remove.

When the whole sac comes out in one piece, it is a very satisfying moment for both the doctor and the patient, because the problem is truly finished.

The small wound left behind is usually closed with a few stitches and covered with a clean dressing.

Within a couple of weeks most patients have only a thin line where the cyst used to be, and the chance of it coming back is very low.

Finish what you start and the results will last. Watch the videos below to see cysts being removed completely, sac and all.
